We are not your typical youth agency. C.E.Y.A. is a collaborative production company that empowers
and equips youth and young adults to build real-world skills and seize meaningful opportunities.

Our flagship program, the C.E.Y.A. HR Collective, operates as a collaborative skills studio
where young people develop workplace skills, contribute to real projects, and prepare for the future of work.
Everything we do is grounded in a systematic, deliberate approach that fosters collaboration, creativity,
and innovation. By bringing together diverse perspectives and unique skill sets,
we help create new pathways to decent work and entrepreneurship for youth.
